Duas


 

  • “The nearest a servant can be to his Lord is while in prostration, hence excessively make dua (in that position).”

  •  Our Lord! Lay not upon us such a burden as You did lay upon those before us.

 

  • Our Lord! (they say), Let not our hearts deviate now after Thou hast guided us, but grant us mercy from Thine own Presence; for Thou art the Grantor of bounties without measure. -(Qur’an 3:8)

 

  • Our Lord, I seek refuge in You from laziness and senility. Our Lord, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the Fire and the torment in the grave.

 

  • …Our Lord, pour upon us patience and let us die as Muslims.
